Different countries define this category of investors differently. PWE Capital, being an Australian company, follows the definition of Sophisticated Investor provided in Section 6D of the Corporations Act (2001)(cth).
The criteria requires sufficing one of the following income/wealth criteria.
To meet the Australian Sophisticated Investor test, investors must qualify in one of the 3 wealth or income criteria below. Please note, all values are in Australian Dollars. However, because we only deal with US Dollars, if your application to become an investor is successful, your invested amount will be converted to USD at the applicable rate.
